Al Ain Palace Hotel Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi

My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were very modern, spacious, and surprisingly quiet despite being located above the hotel bar. Everything was clean and had a pleasant smell. The hotel’s proximity to Le Royal Meredien Hotel health club swimming pool was a bonus. However, the lack of proper instructions was a minor inconvenience.

Upon check-in, the room smelled so bad that I had to air it out, but overall, the hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfy and spacious. The staff are extra attentive and kind, especially Mr Abhijeet Das, who gave me a warm welcome and explained everything professionally. The location is perfect, surrounded by good hotels and right next to a huge park.

The hotel is located in a terrific city center area, making it super convenient to explore all the nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and modern, offering a peaceful ambiance. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating, although the health club swimming pool could have been a little bigger and there were some issues with mosquitoes and bathroom smells.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was clean, but the initial state was not satisfactory. The staff at reception were helpful and welcoming. The location was ideal for exploring the city, but the dining options were subpar.
